Indoor Team Practice

The Indoor Academy covers 8,400 square feet with durable rubber mat flooring and a well-lit court area. Our cages expand to reach a length of 55 feet, and can be separated into two sections for soft tossing and drills. Their versatile design, combined with the benefits of indoor practice, add variety and convenience to any baseball team's practice session. Top-of-the-line pitching mounds, high-quality tees, a small infield area, and a vibrant backdrop all facilitate a wide range of techniques, drills, and multi-position development.

Fall/Winter Team Rental Requests are First Come, First Serve.

Rentals are full building and Include up to 2 Cages.

List price for One Night Rental : $350 per night for Up to 4 Hours

  • Only Authorized Teams and Players are permitted in building.
  • Rentals are for Full Building Use and Must Never Exceed 30 Players at one time.
  • All teams must submit a waiver of liability for each player attending practice at the Indoor.
  • Teams must supply baseballs for use at practice.
  • All recurring rentals must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to start date.
  • All players and teams must abide by the Team Rental Rules provided at the time of Rental Confirmation.
  • No transfers or refunds due to cancellation of practice by team or SATB due to Weather/Parking Lot conditions.

All Players, Team Representatives and Guests must abide by Team Rental Rules.

Teams that are found in violation of any rule may have their rental contract terminated and no refunds will be given.

  • No Cleats permitted. ANYWHERE.
  • ONLY Players and Coaches participating in practice are permitted in the practice Area. Under no circumstances should non-players be permitted in the practice area.
    • Parents/Guardians are permitted to wait in the lobby during practice - please bear in the mind that the lobby is small.
  • NO FOOD or DRINKS in/on any portion of the Indoor Practice Area. (This includes SUNFLOWER SEEDS and GUM) Food and Drinks are only permitted in the Lobby.
  • Teams are expected to clean up after themselves and put all equipment back to where it was when practice started. Cages may be left in expanded position: the Indoor staff will take them down.
  • Teams are expected to keep the bathroom and lobby clean as well as pick up ALL Trash/Debris left by Team or Parents. There is a Large Trash Can located outside the building for Overflow.
    • We do not have a Cleaning Crew that comes in after you leave. Please leave the area in good condition for other guests, who often use the facility first thing in the morning.
  • Please do not allow players to use non-baseball equipment that may be stored for other guests of the Indoor.

  • Guests are not permitted on fields and must park in the parking Lot. NO PARKING in front of, or driving on the easement in front, of the Indoor.
    • Absolutely NO Parking on Grass Anywhere!
  • Arrival Time: Coaches may arrive up to 30 minutes prior and set-up IF the Indoor is available and all other events are completed. Please be courteous of other guests.
