Sports at the Beach is a family-owned, family-oriented complex. We welcome all ages, and make it a priority to offer a varied list of fun amenities. If you aren't a coach, knowing what to expect for a tournament weekend can be tricky...but it doesn't have to be! Here is some information, specifically for families, that we hope will answer all of your questions.

TOURNAMENT TSHIRT PRE-ORDERS
The deadline to reserve your tournament t-shirts is 12pm on the Friday (1 week) prior to your tournament, and there’s no additional charge to pre-order! It's simple: select any size/quantity (order just 1 for yourself, or 1 for your whole team!) and pick-up in our Welcome Center.

VIEWING THE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Every schedule will be posted after 5pm on the Monday prior to the tournament. To view, check our home page for the "Upcoming Schedule" block or visit www.sportsatthebeach.com/tournaments and find your tournament from our chronological list. Click on the "Register" button next to that tournament and follow the instructions to view the schedule. Games can begin as early as 8am on the first day of your tournament, and typically the final game of the day is underway by 6pm.

DAILY PARK ADMISSION
During Weekend Tournaments, admission to SATB's 100-acre park is $7.00 per person, per day with the exception of children under the age of 12 and players in uniform. Weekend Tournament Admission includes full access to on-site amenities such as the Swimming Pool (in season), basketball courts, fishing ponds, playgrounds & jumping pillow, as well as our tax-free Pro Shop and concessions stands.

THE WELCOME CENTER & PRO SHOP
The Welcome Center opens to the public at 7am on Saturdays & Sundays and will remain open until the final game of the day. SATB Complex Maps are available in the Welcome Center, which is also the place to find:
- Special Accessibility & Assistance (such as courtesy in-park shuttle to and from fields)
- Coach check-in & current Tournament Scores/Schedules
- Pickup for pre-ordered Tournament T-shirts
- Tax-free Pro Shop with a huge selection of apparel, equipment & souvenirs

MAJOR LEAGUE PHOTO CENTER
Major League Photo is open to all teams throughout the tournament and will remain open until the final game of the day. accomodations of the photo center include but are not limited to:
- VIP photo packages for individual players or entire teams
- Select game photos by request
- Customized Packages for teams or individual players
- Prints available on site or via usb drive
- Customized Posters and Wall Heads

The Welcome Center is the main hub during tournaments--and it’s the best place to go on weekends to get information, an updated score, or a unique gift to bring home.
SATB has 3 on-site stands serving breakfast, healthy menu (wraps, salads and more) traditional ballpark food, snacks, and beverages. Concessions open 30 minutes prior to the first game of the day and close at the third inning of the last game of the day. If you are looking for an off-site meal, visit our Nearby Dining page >
Prefer to bring your own food, drinks, and snacks? We allow large coolers of water/beverages for teams, but ask that you limit personal coolers to smaller sizes. However, there is no restriction on exiting/entering the baseball field areas to grab refreshments from a cooler in your car. Ice is also available at every concession stand.
SATB is handicap accessible, and reserved handicapped parking is provided near the park entrance. If you need assistance getting around within the park, visit the Welcome Center to request our courtesy shuttle service.
YES, Sports at the Beach is dog-friendly! We do require dogs to be leashed, curbed, and supervised by owners at all times. Dog waste stations and shaded areas are available throughout the park. Find more answers about visiting our complex, finding a place to stay, and more at our FAQ section >
If you are the parent of a player, you’ll want to be cheering on their team from the sidelines! There are uncovered bleachers at each of our 16 fields, but many families prefer to bring their own seating. Camping-style chairs, blankets, and even umbrellas or easily-assembled canopies are welcome at our complex. Sun protection such as a hat or sunscreen is recommended. If you plan on taking a dip in our pool, there are bathrooms nearby the pool area to change into your bathing suit (don’t forget a towel!)
With our property at nearly 100 acres, we know it may feel overwhelming at first. You can pick up a map of our complex at the Welcome Center, or download your own here. One of the unique things about our complex is all of the open space - perfect for picnics, a pickup games of Frisbee/soccer/etc, or relaxing by the fishing ponds. We do provide basketballs for visitors to use, but you are welcome to bring other sports or fishing equipment. Picnic tables and pavilions are great for enjoying food or drinks in the shade.

Because Sports at the Beach holds tournaments every weekend throughout the season, it gets very busy on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. When visiting us for a tournament, be prepared for lots and lots of people entering and exiting the property. Games can begin as early as 8am and the last game typically begins by 6pm.
