• Register and submit $250 deposit  per registration within (5) five days of registration date  (registration date is day one)
• Submit a second payment of $250 by midnight
• Payments must be made on time to remain eligible for discount or promotional pricing
• Balance is due 60 days from event date.

• Failure to submit required payments will result in your team being waitlisted and invoice adjusted to regular price. 
• No additional discounts, promotions or coupons are eligible to be combined .
• Account must be current to be eligible to receive any promotional prices or discount

tournament credits can only be applied to tournament  fees and cannot be applied to deposits, service charges or gate fees.
